Georgia was born and raised in Florina, Greece. The love of her Greek culture and her passion for art inspired her to become actively involved in various cultural organizations of Northern Greece. She worked with the Cultural Triangle of Prespa, and was the President of the cultural, environmental, and athletic society Elpida in Florina.
Georgia acquired a Bachelors Degree in Education from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. After years of teaching elementary school in Greece, she was appointed by the Greek government to educate children in Greek schools abroad. For the past eight years Georgia has been enriching the lives of the students of the Hellenic Classical Charter School in Brooklyn, NY.
Georgia’s research expertise, together with her bilingual ability, have been instrumental in the life and growth of Hellenic Roots Inc.
